Left and right lateral incisors sit behind central incisors. Temporal sutures fused as well a portion of parietal sutures. General slight leaning to left side. No cuts or hardware.
Spring can be added on the mandible for an additional $50.00. Calvarium can be cut for an additional $150.00.
